Governance

We believe that direct and frequent communication is a governance pillar.  Our Code of Ethics and Conduct, Booklet Against Harassment and Corporate Values ​​- Respect, Agility and Doing It Right – are constantly promoted and discussed. Every six months, our CEO presents to all employees the company’s performance and the strategic direction defined by the board.

We have Internal Audit and Compliance Committees with full autonomy, and an electronic channel for complaints, suggestions, and doubts with absolute employee confidentiality.  We also use social medias, such as LinkedIn, for agile communication with all stakeholders.
